Bonjour, j'ai été faire l'entretien de ma cafetière Gaggia & j'ai obtenu un bon service. De plus, j'ai rappelé plus tard pour avoir un conseil technique suite à une indication sur ma machine que je ne comprenais pas. Super bon service après-vente!

Un service impeccable, répondu avec une courtoisie impeccable, à mon denier entretien de ma machine, on même offert de mettre ma machine dans mon auto le représentant c'est rendu conte que j'avais une douleur à mon dos & impossible de forcer & lever ma machine à café pas vue ça souvent du service comme ça , félicitations de prendre soins de vos clients comme ça.
