We stopped by here to enjoy the view & try out their black currant ice cream swirl. The black currant is tart but balances perfectly when paired with vanilla. We also enjoyed the free samples in the boutique & educational interpretative center. Definitely recommend making a stop if you're in the area.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Quebec. The property is beautiful & relaxing, with a big beautiful terrace & lots of chairs overlooking the river. The small museum about currant production is very informative. & all of the black currant products are excellent. The black currant ice cream, swirled with vanilla, remains the best thing I ate on my trip to Canada. It's absolutely worth the drive from town - a must see!

We had such a wonderful visit here & highly recommend stopping by if you're visiting Île d'Orléans! Everything made with black currants was delicious, & the black currant ice cream is an absolute must-try-it was amazing with the vanilla soft serve. We also had lunch & thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I really appreciated that there were several vegetarian options, & everything tasted fresh & homemade. The salad with the black currant vinaigrette was especially delicious. Before leaving, we couldn't resist taking home a bottle of crème de cassis & the black currant vinaigrette. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, & this is definitely a place you shouldn't miss when exploring Île d'Orléans!

Delicious lunch of bbq pork tacos & salad, with black currant ice cream for dessert. Black currants are prevalent throughout the menu & accompanying shop. The service was exemplary & the setting is a beautiful view of the island to river scenery. I would choose to return here again & again if we lived in Quebec.

Incredible soft serve. The vanilla & black currant really make one another's flavour shine. The shop also has super interesting products, whether you're looking for some alcoholic beverage or simply new ingredients to cook at home with like blackcurrant vinegar or salt. Definitely worth to stop by!
