Dans l'ensemble, nous avons aimé l'activité (fête d'enfants) & j'y retournerais. Par contre, la demoiselle qui s'est occupé de nous n'étais pas du tout à l'aise & n'a pas donné beaucoup d'explications. Si ça avait ma première expérience dans une café céramique, je n'aurais pas tout compris comment ça fonctionnait. J'ai dû guider les enfants par moi-même du mieux que je pouvais, lui rappeler que nous avions un dîner inclus, etc. La facturation n'a pas été facile non plus. J'ai payé du pourboire sur l'ensemble de la facture incluant les pièces de céramique... Je vais d'ailleurs le mentionner lorsque j'irai récupérer les pièces. Bref, cette employée demande un meilleur entraînement afin de laisser une meilleure impression globale. Je suis de nature compréhensive, mais ce n'est pas le cas de tout le monde...

Très bon moment au Céramic Café. Tout est très bien expliqué lorsque l'on vient pour la première fois . Parfait si vous chercher une activité créative sur Québec !

Excellente activités. De belles explications. La seule opportunité observer est le manquante de matériels (peintures, pinceaux...) Vers 15h jusqu'à 18h. Les clients qui sont arrivés dans ses heures n'avaient plus autant de choix de peintures ni de pinceaux. Même nous avons manqué de disponibilité des couleurs.

Belle activité, bien qu'onéreuse, nous avons grandement apprécié, beau choix de céramiques, de couleurs & accessoires, le café était très bon.
Certaines employées étaient moins sympathiques que les autres & elles sont debordées, mon seul point négatif.
