Personnel courtois & souriant. Moment d'attente assez long avant de pouvoir débuter notre projet en raison de l'achalandage & de nos besoins d'explications sur le fonctionnement puisqu'il s'agissait de notre première visite, ce qui a aussi augmenté le coût de notre visite puisque nous payons le temps... Ambiance vraiment très agréable, bonne bouffe, bon café, & beaucoup de plaisir! À refaire sans aucun doute!!!

L'activité en soit était très agréable, super reposant. La musique étais bonne, la qualité de la poterie & la peinture etait super.
Le seule point negatif & a la fois importante, le service a la clientèle... en arrivant on nous a répondue apres un bon 10min a attendre dans l'entrée (a noter que c'était loin d'être occupé...).
On nous a demandé si c'était notre première fois, oui. Sans plus d'explications... on nous a donner des instructions sur papier... On nous a pas dit ou se trouvais la peinture, ni combien ca coutait. On nous a pas dit combien de couche de glaze appliquer ou s'il fallait laisser sécher... on a du se lever a 3 reprises pour demander de l'aide.
Une explication complète des le début serais extrêmement important pour toutes premières expériences.

Je trouve déplacé que l on me dise pour les fêtes d'anniversaires il faut obligatoirement le pourboire & que on me l'ajoute d'office sur la facture. 1 le pourboire est a ma discrétion , 2 j ai payé un pourboire sur des taxes.
