The activity itself is fun, it's special to create a keepsaké to preserve the memory, & it's a good way to pass a few hours with children.

However, the service is poor. Having been a server for many years, I understand the demands of the job. It wasn't very busy & we were made to feel like we were a nuisance. It seemed a burden for her to explain how the activity worked & she didn't guide us as to order food & drink. She also brought us a dirty high chair, which she saw me cleaning myself. We went to the counter, where the server was friendly & accommodating.

The price is also really high. We paid $140 for three ceramic items. You also have to clean the utensils & put everything away yourself. There is a 15 day wait to pick up your items.

Finally, it's really important to book in advance. This is not clearly specified on their site. The first time we went I was turned away, much to my three year old's disappointment.
