We recently visited Chez Victor as a group of seven. Most of us enjoyed burgers & poutine. The food was great with various options, & the ambiance was pleasant.

However, we had an unfortunate experience with the service. While I was still eating & conversing with my friends, the waitress took away my plate of fries without checking if I was done. A similar thing happened to one of my friends as well. It felt quite disrespectful & abrupt, especially as we were still clearly engaged with our meals.

We hope this feedback helps improve the dining experience for future guests.

La nourriture était excellente (j'avais pris la poutine au filet mignon, délicieuse), le serveur était dynamique, souriant & de très bon conseil, le lieu est classe à l'intérieur, tout de réuni pour un bon soupe

Toujours eu une excellente expérience. C'était notre premier resto à moi & ma conjointe quand on est arrivés à Lévis en 2022. Des excellents burgers (surtout la Bête), des bonnes poutines surtout la poulet buffalo & des serveurs & serveuses excellents. Est-ce que c'est le meilleur resto du monde entier? Non, mais qu'est-ce qui l'est vraiment? Je recommande fortement pour les amateurs de burgers & ceux qui aiment une ambiance jeune & active.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. Their menu is unbelievable. They make the best burgers in the world. The service is fabulous. I had le classique with vegan cheese & lettuce wrap with vegan poutine. It was delicious.

Excellent meal! We each tried different burgers & were thrilled with the taste profile in each. A must try is the popcorn appetizer, as well as the gnochhi poutine.

Service was great, very attentive, but not hovering, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at our place.

Please consider opening in Ottawa!!
