Le proprio est très sympathique & dédié, il est à sa place! Excellent service & surtout bonne nourriture. Un incontournable pour un burger à Québec. Les options végétariennes & véganes sont exceptionnelles. Probablement le meilleur burger végane à Québec.

Chez Victor has become our go-to spot for weeknight dinners when we want something genuinely good without the fuss of a big occasion. We went as a group of four on a Tuesday & the room was buzzing just enough to feel lively but still easy to hold a conversation. The mushroom burger is absolutely worth ordering - it was rich, well-seasoned, & came together in a way that made everyone at the table a little jealous they hadn't ordered the same thing. Our server was attentive without hovering, which is honestly a rarer quality than it should be, & we left already talking about coming back.

Un endroit que j'adore! Bien qu'ils préparent les meilleurs burgers en ville, Victor reste simple, l'équipe est sympa & le décor est chaleureux.
Nouvelle expo de tableaux par l'artiste Matel, superbe!!
Personnellement ma recette gagnante est le Burgers Méditerranéen avec une pinte de black-velvet. Un délice!
