I've been coming to Chez Victor for years & last Saturday afternoon reminded me exactly why I keep coming back. The Victor classique burger is as good as it has always been, with that brioche bun that somehow holds everything together without falling apart. The place was buzzing with the usual weekend lunch crowd but the staff still got our order out quickly & with a genuine smile. If you live in Québec & haven't made this a regular stop, you're honestly missing out.

The burgers, buffalo poutine, & the salad with tuna tataki were all excellent.

We came in right around closing time but the staff were kind enough to let us dine in still.

Best meal I had in Quebec City so far.

P.S. The art deco here are cool.

My husband & I were told by a bartender down the street that he loved this restaurant. So we headed on down for some poutine & a burger. The server was a delight; the food was delicious. Try the buffalo poutine. You won't be disappointed.

A faire absolument ! Nous avions un doute avant d'y aller & quelle découverte ! Un des meilleurs burgers que j'ai mangé. Tout est frais & fait maison. Le méditerranéen est une tuerie. Les frites & sauces sont maison. Les plats enfants sont bien proportionnés Topissime. Le service est impeccable, souriant, disponible. On recommande !

Je suis venue avec ma famille la semaine dernière & nous avons reçu un excellent service de Charlotte. Je recommande cet emplacement sans hésiter pour le service efficace, pour l'ambiance chaleureuse ainsi que pour la cuisine goûteuse. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un endroit aussi touristique! Fantastic staff, they were so friendly! High quality, delicious food for a good price. If you're visiting & want to avoid a tourist trap, I'd highly recommend Chez Victor. If I could, I'd be a regular.
