Le proprio est très sympathique & dédié, il est à sa place! Excellent service & surtout bonne nourriture. Un incontournable pour un burger à Québec. Les options végétariennes & véganes sont exceptionnelles. Probablement le meilleur burger végane à Québec.
Decent place. Burgers aren't as good as some I've had in other places. Their veggie burgers kind of suck & have no real substance or density to them.
Service is nice, but initially we were fine with water, then they told us the burgers include drinks, so we just opted for sparkling water, then was charged for them when I went to pay. Bizarre.
Anyway probably better than other options in the city, but not comparable to great burgers I've had in other places.

This was a great no nonsense restaurant with both meat & vegan options. We both got vegan fried tofu burgers, & the only critique was the portions were a little small so I'd recommend getting an app or upgrading to a bigger side like a poutine.
I had the Duck Club Sandwich, it was okay. I would've preferred the sandwich to have maybe some caramelized onions or something that would pair better with the duck rather than tomatoes, mayo & bacon. The duck was a bit dry. The fries were a bit dry as well but still well fried & crispy, not soggy or too oily. The mayo options are great. Cocktail options are pretty basic, but overall the food & service was good compared to other places I've visited in Quebec City.
Vegans! They di have a few vegan options. I tried the tofu bites, was good but a but cold inside some so be sure to heat it properly. The "honey" sauce was amazing to go with. I'd marinate the tofu in some sauce with spices & soya sauce but still loved it. The Veganator burger was okay, nothing amazing. I'd suggest to use either the Impossible or the Beyond meat burger as an alternative to the lentil-seitan burger. Music was amazing, they were playing the Red hot chilli peppers, my fav band & I spent a nice dinner with my dad who ate the Non vegan burger Inter just because it's his football team🤣 They were very fast & kind, recommend!
We stopped her for lunch on a bit of a whim, but man am I glad we did. As someone with celiac disease I know that seeing a "gluten free bun option" can always be a little hit or miss, but this one was terrific. Our server, Nicholas, immediately understood my allergy & confidently helped us order - my partner got the Mediterranean burger with olive tapanade, & I had some sort of bacon burger with goat cheese (Le Montagnard), we liked them both & couldn't decide which one was better. We didn't get fries out of caution for the cross contamination risk in the shared fryer, but they offered us side salad options & it was a generous serving, with multiple GF dressing options. In addition to the food being great (& it was), I just have to highlight our server Nicholas. He really went above & beyond, very friendly & helpful. We loved chatting with him.
We went to this place last night. It was awesome. The waiter was a bit less nice. The burgers are juicy, tender, well cooked with many options for sauce. The atmosphere is cozy. I got "la Bete" & I loved it.
Nice interiors, great service & good burgers. Lots of cool vegetarian & vegan options for both burgers & poutine. Got the vegan poutine (gravy was really good but I didn't love the cheese) & the hazelnut & spinach burger which was really interesting.
A colleague suggested this place so off for an adventure to see if this place was great. It was/is great. Fun server, cozy home style interior that became busy with the locals ( they know & now we know) . Veggie options that tasted great! Fries are amazing & the beer smooth. Icroyable!!!
