Vegan recommendation = Tofu burger with fries & gravy.
Seitan vegan burger has a strange herbal flavour - not a'classic' burger as it seemed to be when reading the description. I would avoid it (both my partner & I were not fans). The tofu burger however was tasty. The cheese curds on the vegan poutine are flavourless & the consistency of medium tofu. Gravy was good however! Not a top spot if you are vegan but clearly marked menu options are appreciated & the tofu/fries+gravy is worth late night delivery.

Great restaurant walking distance from the old Quebec area. Big menu with lots to choose from. Staff members welcoming & friendly. Food is fresh, hot & tasty. Highly recommended burgers!

The food was delicious & hit the spot after a day of train travel. We dined outside & had kind & speedy service. 5/6 of our family ordered & loved different burgers. Our youngest ordered the kids' chicken strips, & they were tasty.

Interesting burger place that serves up combinations of ingredients for tasty burgers & fries. The homemade lemonade was like candy in a drink. Very sweet & sour. Friendly staff & contemporary vibe of the space. Nice display of art to go with the eclectic mix of burgers.

2023: sangria was good. All the burgers are still great. Always appreciate the choices of sauces. Fries could definitely be better. Merguez vogos were tasty but a little too salty. Service was friendly & professional, quickly eplaced my drink with a wasp in it. Nice terrasse, convenient location next to train station especially on Sundays when everything in the station is closed for some reason.
2018: Great burgers & cocktails. Attentive service.

I've tried many different burger joints in Quebec & I have to say, the best & most enjoyable burger I had was at Chez Victor. The burgers are big & tasty & the price is great. If you're in the mood for a really good burger, gourmet style burger, I really recommend trying this place.
