Depuis l'été passé, je suis toujours déçue de la qualité. Chocolat granuleux, crème glacée pas assez gelée, chocolat parfois mince, bris de machine fréquent donc pas la commande qu'on veut.. J'en ai parlé à des gens qui y vont aussi & ils sont d'accords avec moi pour tout ce que je viens de décrire depuis un an. Malheureusement, je ne pense plus y aller, je choisirai une autre destination désormais...

We stopped by Chocolato in Sainte-Foy for dessert & overall had a nice experience. The place itself is very clean, modern, & beautifully designed, with a cozy atmosphere that makes it a good spot to relax after dinner or during a walk around the area. The presentation of the desserts & ice cream also looked very appealing & colorful.

There were many options on the menu, especially for ice cream, waffles, chocolate-based desserts, & drinks, so it was fun to explore & choose something different. The staff were polite & service was relatively quick even though the place was busy when we visited.

The desserts were good & enjoyable, especially if you like sweet treats & chocolate, but personally I found some items a bit too sweet. The quality was decent overall, though for the price I expected a little more in terms of flavor & portion balance. Still, it was a pleasant experience & a nice place to spend some time with friends or family.

What really stood out to me was the atmosphere & interior design. The salon is bright, modern, & comfortable, & the whole place feels welcoming. It is definitely one of those places where the environment adds a lot to the experience.

Overall, a good dessert spot in Sainte-Foy with a nice ambiance, many choices, & friendly service. Maybe not the most unforgettable dessert I ever had, but still a nice place to visit occasionally when craving something sweet.

J'y viens à quelques reprises en famille pour une crème glacée & j'en suis généralement satisfait. Cela dit, j'ai remarqué lors de mes dernières visites une baisse de qualité au niveau du chocolat, qui semble moins ferme & plus liquide qu'à l'habitude. J'aimerais également voir plus de passages pour l'entretien des espaces extérieurs, qui sont pourtant très agréables. L'ajout de lingettes pour se nettoyer serait aussi un petit plus apprécié. J'espère que ces points seront pris en compte, car l'expérience globale mérite d'être maintenue à la hauteur !
