Overpriced, mediocre chocolate.

Very accommodating with allergies. Felt very safe for my peanut allergy kid. Let them know at the cash & they will prepare the food at the back away from allergens. Now the disappointing part My first time back to the Lévis location in 10 years & it was so disappointing. Gone is the cute little cremerie a walking distance up the hill from the ferry. Now it's a corporate store surrounded by sanitized office buildings & a business hotel. Every step reminds you that this is a chain & a business. Not a labour of love. You're surrounded by ancillary revenue generators until you finally get to pay & eventually your icecream. Gone are the simple choices of high quality chocolate. Instead you get all sorts of bizarre flavours & for an up charge all sorts of weird toppings on top. Things change I guess but some change leaves you melancholic for the what used to be.

I don't usually like chocolate but it's good to have it at their place. I can choose the type of chocolate to cover the sorbet. Their special chocolate at that time is super delicious. Too bad they don't sell in packages. The service was good & the staff was patient with us.

Je vais à cette chocolaterie depuis que je suis jeune , maintenant j'amène mes enfants, je recommande à 100% ! :)
