C'était notre première fois à ce Chocolats Favoris. Il est grand & très beau mais pour l'extérieur, j'aime mieux celui de Cap Rouge, plus boisé. Mon cornet était très bon comme d'habitude, très riche mais excellent. Cependant, ma conjointe à acheté une Frissonade (ou peu importe comme ça s'appelle) lime-pamplemousse, bref une petite slush à ~6$. Elle me dit que c'est plus sucré que mon cornet, je ne la crois pas car j'ai pris caramel-salé donc je lui goûte...& c'était, comment dire, vraiment dégueulasse. Ça goutait le sirop chimique concentré...elle a ajouté de l'eau dedans, non, rien a faire. Elle n'a pas été capable de boire ce "sirop". Désolé Chocolats Favoris mais celle-la vous l'avez échappé solide. Elle n'a pas osé aller le dire au staff présent car ceux-ci étaient...pas mal nonchalant & elle ne voulait pas passer pour la "tite madame chialeuse".

Very accommodating with allergies. Felt very safe for my peanut allergy kid. Let them know at the cash & they will prepare the food at the back away from allergens. Now the disappointing part My first time back to the Lévis location in 10 years & it was so disappointing. Gone is the cute little cremerie a walking distance up the hill from the ferry. Now it's a corporate store surrounded by sanitized office buildings & a business hotel. Every step reminds you that this is a chain & a business. Not a labour of love. You're surrounded by ancillary revenue generators until you finally get to pay & eventually your icecream. Gone are the simple choices of high quality chocolate. Instead you get all sorts of bizarre flavours & for an up charge all sorts of weird toppings on top. Things change I guess but some change leaves you melancholic for the what used to be.

Vive la jeunesse...très accueillant & fonctionnel...il y a eu des erreurs sur prix & produits & tout à été réglé en peu de temps...pis le produit est excellent...

I don't usually like chocolate but it's good to have it at their place. I can choose the type of chocolate to cover the sorbet. Their special chocolate at that time is super delicious. Too bad they don't sell in packages. The service was good & the staff was patient with us.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. De bons produits & un protocole bien établi pour l'intolérance au lactose. Bon prix pour les enfants avec la promotion d'été. Merci beaucoup.
