Mon amie & moi avons été au chocolat favoris & nous avons reçu un très bon service de la part de Léa. Ça fait quelques fois que c'est elle qui nous sert & à chaque fois son service est impeccable. Elle est souriante, patiente & dévouée. :)

Franchement les employés sont trop radins lorsqu'ils enrobent le chocolat sur la vanille ça été une très Mauvaise expérience avec moi je leur ai signalé car il y'avait des partis non enrobés sur ma vanille mais l'employé me parlait très mal.
Apprenez à respecter les gens c'est pas gratuit on paye che

'Toujours un bonheur de passer chez Chocolats Favoris Cap-Rouge ! Leur enrobage de chocolat est tout simplement imbattable & la variété de saveurs est impressionnante. Le personnel est efficace & souriant, même quand il y a foule. C'est l'endroit parfait pour une petite douceur en famille ou entre amis.'

'J'ai été très impressionné par le choix en boutique. Au-delà des célèbres cornets, la sélection de fondues & de chocolats artisanaux est magnifique. Le personnel est de bon conseil & l'ambiance est super accueillante. Je recommande sans hésiter !'
