La jeune femme à la caisse nous a ignoré quand nous sommes arrivé. Pas de salutations ou même un petit sourire. On avait presque l'impression de déranger. Heureusement la dame qui semble être la proprio est arrivé après & nous a salué.

La commande était simple (1 pizza, 1 sandwich, 1 café) & nous étions seul dans le resto sur l'heure du diner, mais nous avons attendu quand même plus de 30 minutes avant d'être servis après avoir payé!

Le café a été oublié quand nous avons finalement reçu la commande, il a été fait après que je le mentionne mais j'aurais bien aimé le boire en attendant de recevoir ma commande.

Pour les autres articles commandés : la sandwich Emilia-Romagna n'avait presque pas de jambon dedans, seulement 2 tranches minces. La moitié était juste du pain fade sans garniture. La pizza'Deluxe' était correcte, mais niveau qualité des ingrédients, ça se rapproche d'une pizza congelé du Costco.

Je suis désolé de faire un commentaire aussi négatif, je ne veux pas nuire à une entreprise familiale mais je tente de rapporter notre expérience le plus fidèlement possible pour que vous vous améliorer niveau expérience client & qualité de la nourriture.

Incroyable place pour se sentir en Italie ! Les propriétaires sont adorables & la petite épicerie offrant des gnocchis, panettone, etc., est géniale. Gros coup de nostalgie mais ça vaut le détour. Les sandwichs sont à tomber par terre.

On avait déjà goûté à des piadinas ailleurs & on aime beaucoup ce format de sandwich qui nous provient de l'Émilie-Romagne en Italie. Service poli & rapide, local très joli & bien décoré, aéré & lumineux. Le menu est très diversifié & les piadinas sont offertes en plusieurs déclinaisons qui devraient satisfaire tous les goûts, tous au prix de $13. Pour la piadina, ça n'a pas été un succès : le principal problème est le prosciutto, beaucoup trop salé, mais beaucoup. Au point de gâché le sandwich. Ça aurait pu être contrebalancé par les tomates mais il y en avait trop peu pour absorber un niveau de sel aussi élevé.
