Quelle belle découverte ! Nous sommes parti de Québec pour venir essayer le restaurant & nous n'avons pas été déçu bien au contraire. D'abord, nous avons été immédiatement conquis par le décor & l'accueil très chaleureux de toute l'équipe. Ensuite, le barman a pris bien soin de nous expliquer le menu & ses coups de coeur pour les cocktails. Nous avons essayé les huîtres, les gnocco fritos, le flétan, l'assiette d'aubergine, le steak & le financier & je dois dire que tout était parfait tant au niveau de la présentation que des saveurs. Une belle attention aussi est portée aux produits locaux même sur la carte des vins & pour les choix de bières en fût. Nous allons définitivement répéter l'expérience dans le futur !
