Tellement content d'avoir enfin un Dixie Lee à Québec, & encore plus à Charlesbourg ! La qualité de leur poulet frit est toujours au rendez-vous, & c'est une vraie chance de pouvoir en profiter près de chez soi. Cela dit, je trouve que leur notoriété pourrait encore grandir, & j'aimerais leur proposer une idée pour augmenter leur visibilité tout en réduisant le gaspillage. Je pense qu'ils pourraient envisager de se joindre à Too Good To Go, une application géniale qui permet aux commerçants de vendre leurs invendus à prix réduits à la fin de la journée. Cela pourrait non seulement leur permettre de mieux gérer les produits qui risquent de ne pas être vendus, mais aussi attirer une clientèle qui cherche des alternatives anti-gaspillage tout en découvrant leur délicieux menu. Je suis convaincu que cela pourrait non seulement renforcer leur présence dans la communauté, mais aussi élargir leur base de clients. Mon conjoint a choisi le poulet & moi le poisson. La nourriture était bonne très bel ambiance, très beau restaurant grand & propre & le service est impeccable. Après le paiement de la commande, Ils nous remettent, une pastille électronique qui nous avise en vibrant, lorsque la commande est prête à aller chercher au comptoir. Nous aimons beaucoup ce restaurant & y venons à chaque fois que nous sommes de passage dans la région. Je recommande fortement aux amateurs de poulet frit.
