Le bar est sympa mais nous avons été très déçu au moment d'encaisser. Nous avons commandé a 17h50, sous conseil du serveur, pour bénéficier de l'happy hour jusqu'à 18h & avons de ce fait acheter davantage de boissons. Au moment de payer, nous voyons que les tarifs d'happy hour n'ont pas été appliqués, seule réponse du serveur : je ne pas le changer car je l'ai enregistrer après 18h. Nous avons été très mécontents que le serveur nous encourage a consommer pour l'happy hour pour finalement enregistrer après la commande & ne rien changer a notre facture, pas une remise.

Horrible service from the waiter last night. Zero motivation & little joke at the end to get more tips. When a client spends 200$ & he wishes for half a pint you don't just say no & if I put it in a small glass I will charge you the same. You say for you sir we will make an exception. I used to be a bar man & a waiter. Today I am in sales & that's terrible service. I would have doubled his tip & given a better review. His motivation was zero. Loved the guy that brought us the mussels from the kitchen.

We basically collapsed into the Dorsay after a walking tour in freezing rain. Our server Nancy was welcoming, efficient, & humorous. The food was delicious - we appreciated the designations of local sources. That they continuously play James Bond movies on the TV behind the bar was the icing on the cake!

We came here several times on our trip to Old Quebec. Loved the British ambiance & the staff were wonderful. The onion soup was delicious as was the chicken pot pie. One snowy day we sat at the bar & sipped on wine while interacting with other tourists & watching re-runs of classic James Bond movies. Just a delightful friendly & cosy experience!

Our second time here! We had such a wonderful time we came back! We sat at the bar! Unsurprisingly, the beer selection is excellent! They make a fab & very well appointed Bloody Mary! We also had lunch! I had one of the best onion soups of my life! My wife had a super yummy beet salad! Our bartender was so nice! We always have fun meeting people here!

We went in for dinner last night & sat at the bar. This place was busy, it is beautiful loved the pub vibe. Ordered wine & Onion Soup & an Entree all at the same time. The Onion Soup came out hot & was delicious! This where the service went downhill. The bartender was so pre occupied with talking to another customer at the bar, we were ignored. We finally had to ask about our entree & the response was I put that order in a long time ago, yes so maybe you should check on it. A few minutes later our food came out the bartender went to get it & it was not hot at all Luke warm at best. After that we were ignored, couldn't get her attention to let her know that the food was not hot. One meal was a Schnitzel & when that gets cool it's just doesn't taste good. Also, needed refills of our wine, but we just left instead. Disappointed as the atmosphere is awesome. & I am sure the food was good if it was warm as the presentation was great!

This is a lively British Pub in the middle of Old Quebec. Our bartender, Marianne, had taken good care of us. Cold beer & great cocktails. This place does get busy but their happy hour, which is between 4 pm & 6 pm is a great way to kick off an evening out.

This place is so funny. The take on England is comical. Bartender was a little surly. It's very touristy

Great atmosphere, good music, & service was top notch. Congratulations for all the people running this place, specially the person behind the bar yesterday night (blonde tall bartender). Would visit again!
