We stopped here for a beer before dinner & had a very good experience. The atmosphere was relaxed & enjoyable, with hockey games playing on the TVs, which added a nice local & sporty vibe.

The place was quite busy, yet the environment still felt calm & welcoming. What stood out the most was the staff - extremely friendly & genuinely attentive, regularly checking if everything was okay & making customers feel comfortable.

Overall, a great spot for a casual drink & a pleasant atmosphere.

We dined here on our last night of a 4 day stay in Quebec City. Nancy was our server & a pure delight. She helped direct us to some wonderful dishes on their menu. They included the New Btunswich clams, the'Scnitzel', French Onion soup & Fish & chips. The atmosphere was wonderful reminiscent of an English Pub. The drink selection met the needs of everyone in our party! It also had a very locale feel to it. You will not be disappointed if you came here, especially enhanced by our server Nancy!

We stopped by for some drinks & while we didn't eat anything, we had the best time! A huge shoutout to our bartender, Rumyana, who really made the night special. Her cocktails are absolutely delicious, & her hospitality & attention to her guests are top-notch. It's a lovely, cozy spot with a fantastic pub atmosphere. If you're looking for a great place to grab a drink in Quebec, this is it!

?We didn't end up grabbing any food here, but we still had an absolutely fantastic time! The highlight of our visit was definitely our bartender, Rumyana. She mixes incredible cocktails & truly goes above & beyond to take great care of her guests. Overall, it's a super fun pub with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere & a great vibe. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink!

Dorsay was the best possible way to start our visit to Quebec!! Jonathan was an excellent server who was a genuine delight. He was very friendly, hilarious & also insightful & made some great recommendations… When he says the butter chicken is the best he really means it!!

We started our visit with some drinks & French onion soup, & my husband really enjoyed the butter chicken & I gave the black pudding a try, it also did not disappoint. All around 10/10 service.

For anyone who needs gluten free options, there were quite a few to choose from, both the French onion soup & black pudding were excellent!!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Dorsay Pub in Quebec City, & a huge part of that was thanks to Nancy.

From the moment we walked in, Nancy made us feel genuinely welcome. Her energy is the perfect mix of friendly, professional, & attentive without ever being overbearing. She has a natural ability to read the table-knowing exactly when to check in, when to offer suggestions, & when to just let you enjoy the moment.

Her knowledge of the menu & drinks was top-notch. Every recommendation she made was spot on, & you could tell she really takes pride in what she does. It's rare to come across service that feels this personal & effortless.

What really stood out was how she went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It didn't feel like just good service-it felt like she genuinely cared about our experience.

Nancy is the kind of server that turns a good night into a great one. If you're visiting, you're lucky if you get her.

Highly recommend & we had to go back because of her & brought all our friends!

Not only wonderful food, but wonderful service as well. My friend & I randomly stopped by for a drink during our visit in Quebec City, & ended up staying for more drinks & food. Wonderful experience & 100% recommend. Nancy made sure we have everything we need at all times, & kudos to the kitchen for the great & delicious food we had.

The mussels with the mustard sauce is a must try.

Out of all the places here this was the most AMAZING & got the best service sitting at the bar with Rumyana the bartender. From the drinks to the food I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars…. It always nice having great food & drinks but the service from her was PHENOMENAL! Thank you for the best time!!!!!

We had a group of 10 for lunch on Saturday. Jonathan our server made our day with a quick wit & even quicker service. Food was delightful, drinks were reasonably priced & delicious. Would recommend for an outing with friends.

J'ai adorée de ma soirée la bas. L'ambiance, la nourriture & les drinks étaient parfait. Peut être juste un peu moins d'intensité de la serveuse, qui revenait au 2min savoir si j'avais fait un choix, aurait été apprécier. Ça mettait beaucoup de pression.
