We stopped by for some drinks & while we didn't eat anything, we had the best time! A huge shoutout to our bartender, Rumyana, who really made the night special. Her cocktails are absolutely delicious, & her hospitality & attention to her guests are top-notch. It's a lovely, cozy spot with a fantastic pub atmosphere. If you're looking for a great place to grab a drink in Quebec, this is it!

?We didn't end up grabbing any food here, but we still had an absolutely fantastic time! The highlight of our visit was definitely our bartender, Rumyana. She mixes incredible cocktails & truly goes above & beyond to take great care of her guests. Overall, it's a super fun pub with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere & a great vibe. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink!

Great Pub in the heart of Old Town Quebec City. Had the mussels & frites & the beer of the day. Service from Jean-Luc & the rest of the staff was exceptional. Huge serving all around.

Depuis que nous avons emménagé dans le Vieux-Québec, nous avons adopté le Pub Dorsay. La nourriture y est fantastique & l'ambiance vivante & sympathique. Un « must » !

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Dorsay Pub in Quebec City, & a huge part of that was thanks to Nancy.

From the moment we walked in, Nancy made us feel genuinely welcome. Her energy is the perfect mix of friendly, professional, & attentive without ever being overbearing. She has a natural ability to read the table-knowing exactly when to check in, when to offer suggestions, & when to just let you enjoy the moment.

Her knowledge of the menu & drinks was top-notch. Every recommendation she made was spot on, & you could tell she really takes pride in what she does. It's rare to come across service that feels this personal & effortless.

What really stood out was how she went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It didn't feel like just good service-it felt like she genuinely cared about our experience.

Nancy is the kind of server that turns a good night into a great one. If you're visiting, you're lucky if you get her.

Highly recommend & we had to go back because of her & brought all our friends!

Pub food & service that feel like fine dining. Spectacular!

Authentic Pub with a Quebec menu.
Ordered the Country Ham, Chicken Liver, & Pork Tereine with Fois Gras.
The ham was served with drizzled olive oil which took away from the smoked/cured aspect.
Chicken liver pate was well prepared.
Pork was a jumble with the curry & chutney, but very tasty. Fois gras was rich/intense, but glad I've tried it.
Dark, intimate atmosphere to be had here. Will visit again.
