Bonjour Christian,

Je prends deux minutes ce matin pour te dire merci - mais un vrai merci.

La soirée a été exceptionnelle.

Ce que ton équipe a fait hier, ça dépasse le simple service en restauration.
L'attention d'intégrer notre logo sur les menus… c'est le genre de détail qu'on voit rarement, même dans des établissements haut de gamme.

Honnêtement, ça m'a touché.

Kevin a été remarquable.
Professionnel, attentif, présent au bon moment - exactement ce qu'on souhaite pour un événement important.

L'accueil, l'ambiance, le rythme du service, la qualité des plats… tout était aligné.

Je le dis souvent à mes équipes : ce sont les détails qui créent l'expérience.
Hier soir, vous l'avez prouvé.

The staff here are extremely good at what they do. They are an awesome team & they work together to ensure hospitality. They are fun to talk with & to be served by, & this seems to come natural to all of them. Our interactions with Johnathan, Jennys & David created repeat guests in us. We are visiting for 3 days & so far we have had dinner last night, lunch today & we are planning dinner tomorrow evening. If they served breakfast we would be there on Friday morning, before we head home.

As a restaurant worker & owner for over 49 years, I know what to expect. This restaurant & their team hit every aspect of dining out & enjoying the experience.

Although I have not met their chef, yet, I will say that his creations & adaptations to their pub offerings are mind blowing 🤯. I am bringing more than a few ideas home with me.

& PLEASE HAVE THE WINGS!

La dernière fois que j'ai mis les pieds dans ce Pub il s'appelais
< Le Gaulois > il y a longtemps. Je reste à Québec pourtant. Quelle bonheur & qu'elle surprise de redécouvrir un restaurant avec de la bonne musique, une ambiance chaleureuse & une expérience culinaire surprenante! Félicitation c'était le soir de la St-Valentin avec un menu spéciale plein de saveur faite l'essaie vous ne serez pas déçu.

Had a great time at Dorsay Pub in Quebec City.

The Guinness was perfectly poured, the burger was juicy & full of flavor, & the poutine hit the spot with great fries, rich gravy, & generous cheese curds. Finished the meal with a crème brûlée that had a beautifully crisp top & a smooth, creamy center.

Warm pub atmosphere, solid comfort food, & a great place to sit back & enjoy a proper pint. 🍻 Definitely worth a stop if you're in Old Quebec!

Nous sommes venus boire un verre entre amis & nous avons étés agréablement accueillis. L'ambiance du pub est superbe & les boissons sont bonnes. Petit bémol pour le chocolat chaud même si ce n'est pas la spécialité, mais il avait le goût d'eau, payer 7$ pour ça, ça fait un peu mal au portefeuille.

This is probably the cleanest pub I have ever been in. I had a tall Guinness & a delicious homemade sausage in my Bangers & Mash. My wife's bowl of mussels was huge. Everyone thought my son's Onion Soup was one of the best they have tasted. The music wasn't too loud, so we could easily have a conversation. This was a perfect place to come out of the cold in the early afternoon.

Très bon pub, les plats & dessert sont un peu excessif en terme de tarifs par rapport à la quantité.
Très bonne ambiance & tout est bon!

We really loved this pub - not just because we tried some of the most delicious & unique chicken wings, but also because of the true Irish-pub atmosphere & the incredibly friendly staff. Our server, Nancy, was an absolute sweetheart & made the whole experience cozy & enjoyable.
