J'ai eu le plaisir de visiter le D'Orsay Pub Britannique & je suis encore sous le charme! L'endroit a été magnifiquement rénové - on sent le souci du détail & le respect du cachet historique, avec une touche de modernité parfaitement dosée.

Côté menu, tout était absolument incroyable du début à la fin. J'ai goûté à trois entrées qui m'ont renversée : la terrine de foie gras sur salade de figues (un équilibre sucré-salé divin), le jambon blanc au romarin (fondant & parfumé juste ce qu'il faut), puis le fameux Scotch egg - parfaitement croustillant à l'extérieur & fondant à l'intérieur. En plat principal, nous avons partagé l'assiette Delmonico, & c'était un vrai festin! Cuisson impeccable, viande tendre, accompagnements savoureux : chaque bouchée était un plaisir.

Le service était aussi chaleureux qu'attentionné, & on sent une réelle fierté derrière chaque assiette servie.

Une adresse coup de coeur au coeur du Vieux-Québec, où je retournerai assurément. Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Service was good, but fish & chips & were truly terrible. No flavor & seemed like filler in the fish. Expect more for a pub & this price point.

La nourriture était correcte, mais sans plus. Les moules manquaient de goût, & le poulet dans la salade César n'était pas savoureux. En revanche, la soupe à l'oignon était excellente, vraiment le point fort du repas. Le service a mal commencé : le serveur nous a accueillis de façon brusque avec un "je n'ai pas le temps, je vais prendre vos breuvage en même temps que les repas, je suis dans le jus", ce qui nous a surpris. Heureusement, il s'est bien repris par la suite avec des attentions appréciées. L'ambiance de pub est agréable, mais l'expérience culinaire aurait pu être meilleure. Je ne croirai pas y retourner malheureusement.

Enjoyed a great poutine here along with a glass of local wine. The atmosphere is pretty incredible. It has an upscale local pub vibe with great woodworking all around.

Place was awesome, great music, great food, great service. Wife & I said we'd go back to Quebec City to spend a day in this pub. Had the steak wife had the Vegetarian burger, & that is a bite I will remember very tasty. highly recommend!

When marketing's done right. We visited QC during the Halloween weekend & as a marketer myself, once I saw the coffin outside, my wife & I both knew we had to come back from a drink. It was a fantastic engagement tool to get people to stop & notice the spot. Once inside, it can apparently become VERY busy which I guess is also a testament to its food. We didn't eat here as it was later in the evening, but both my wife's beers & my giant glass goblet of sangria, we left pleased. The atmosphere & such seem to be your standard pub, but it's a great location.

The artichoke salad was amazing, the Caesar one was okay but for the price & compared to the artichoke, it was lacking. Mac'n'Cheese was good but nothing special about it, barely any crumble which saddened me. We waited in total, between the drink, the appetizer & the entree, a good 1h30. It was pretty loud but I think it comes with the location & the restaurant being a pub.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. We had been in the city for 3 days & walked by this establishment many times, ending up at disappointing other restaurants. Finally, on our last evening in town, we walked into Pub D'Orsay & was pleasantly surprised. The service with our waitress Nancy was top-notch, friendly, & timely. Our food was served quickly, & it was hot & delicious. Made for a great evening for our last night in the city & looking for to return.

My name is Terry. I was visiting Quebec City first time with my wife & cousins from Europe. Can not say enough about Nancy, her service & great smile. You left me a lasting impression of Quebec City & its best part, its people! Bravo to all the staff at Pub D'Orsay!
