Dorsay British Pub – A door to history

Since 1987, Dorsay, like Le Gaulois since 1987, has been part of the landscape of Old Quebec. Founded by Marcel Veilleux and taken over in 2024 by his son Christian Veilleux, along with Lyne Blackburn and Marc-Olivier Germain, Dorsay continues the tradition of true British pubs: warmth, camaraderie, cold pints, and tasty dishes.

In the heart of Old Quebec, a stone's throw from the Château Frontenac, our gastro pub cuisine, created by chef Benoit Poliquin, celebrates local products: seafood chowder, bangers and mash, fish and chips, homemade blood sausage, London BBQ wings, and much more.

Great place for a fun, casual meal in the heart of Old Quebec. Our server Nancy was fantastic!!! Our steak & lobster roll were delicious. Will definitely be back.

We're seated on the 2nd fl. Overall food was decent. French onion soup was served warm. Steak was really good. Those that gave 5 stars obviously haven't been to a 5-star place

I really enjoyed the food, service & ambience. They have really good quantity food, if u buy one for lunch u can skip the dinner. That much food was served & of course it's little expensive side. But worth it. Calamari fritters are soo good. Linguini was a smell of ocean 🌊, I just say. & the coconut curry indian food was soo good betterthan i expectedt Only thing is u need to reserve & if u don't show up, they will deduct 20 cad from ur card which means u will have to reserve with ur credit card.

friendly & prompt service, I personally thought the poutine was below standard given the area, the gravy was.... almost burnt. i dunno, my wife ate it, wasn't all bad. good spot for some beer & people watching if sitting at a window. I would try again abs order something else

We went around 4:30 got seated right away, the staff was friendly & helpful, we got our food before 5, quick service . We got the burger de poulet frit Kentucky, Mac & Cheese & Fish & Chips everything was delicious.

Repas corrects, mais le service laisse à désirer. Ce n'est pas normal de passer un repas entier sans eau ni pain & d'être obligé de le demander & quand au moment de l'addition la serveuse regarde avec insistance le TPE & ose faire littéralement la manche pour avoir un pourboire.
