J'y suis allé ce week-end! C'était la journée la plus froide de l'hiver dans le vieux Québec. Le chocolat chaud Érico à base de chocolat noir est un des meilleurs chocolat chaud que j'ai bu de ma vie!! C'était réconfortant lorsqu'il faisait -27 avec facteur vent. Belle chocolaterie! Je me suis concentrée sur le chocolat chaud cette fois-ci mais j'y retournai certainement pour goûter à leur chocolats. Belle découverte !!

The best chocolate shop I've been to in North America. Everything is delicious at Érico, but my favorites are their chocolate cake, chocolate fudge, & truffles. There's a good selection of different chocolate & a ton of truffle options. Everyone will find something they love here. They also have a cute little chocolate museum & a little window to see into the back where they make all the delicious sweets.

Cette petite chocolaterie offre un large éventail de produits qui semblent tous aussi délicieux les uns que les autres. Il est possible d'opter pour des petits chocolats individuels, pour des ensembles variés, pour des desserts prêts à consommer ou même pour des breuvages. Quelques tables sont mises à disposition dans la salle voisine & il est également possible d'y visiter un musée du chocolat dont le contenu est assez limité. Les lieux sont d'une grande propreté & le service est très courtois. Quant à lui, le chocolat est sans aucune doute l'un des plus délicieux qu'il m'ait été donné de déguster, mais les prix sont conséquemment très élevés.

Italian chocolate for the cold winter day is a MUST!!! But don't go late during the day as the quantities are limited. I also liked the Museum of the Chocolate, while I gave it four stars as it lacks a "refresh". You have the impression that it was last painted at least 20 years ago.
