Malheureusement, nous avons entendu 40 min pour un burger & une poutine, nous étions que quelques-uns(19h).La réceptionniste priorisais beaucoup le take out pendant que nos assiettes attendaient sur le comptoir. Pendant ce temps, la cuisine chipait sur un client qui a redemandé de faire sa poutine, pendant que mon frère a du attendre pour son porc effiloché que le cuisinier disait : «  je le referais plus tard, ça l'attendra » . P.S: les frites sont semis cuites.

J'ai bien aimé. Les burgers sont'on point', le staff bin d'adon! Salle a manger bien entretenu. Beau bijou québécois en terme de fast-food

1e fois dans ce holy à saint Nicolas…..j'ai été grandement déçu.
Les boulettes de burger était aussi épais qu'une feuille de papier….littéralement.
Je veux bien que ça soit smash mais c'est abusé.
J'habite Lévis mais j'irai à Québec manger un vrai holy burger…..dommage

I'm entertained how many people don't understand the concept of an actual lacy edge burger. The smash burgers I've had at this location & the other in the pyramid are as they should be & I love the crispy meat candy we get in the buns.

The fries are good & crisp. I wasn't be biggest fan of the poutine sauce, I believe the texture of the sauce was a little strange but still eddible.

The staff was ok but unhelpful & were happy to retreat to the kitchen to chat with the others with the general attitude of this younger generation.

Overall a satisfying meal.

Très bon burger! Très beaux lieux, employés très gentils.
Un seul point négatif : lorsque l'on prend pour emporter avec plusieurs burgers, il serait apprécié d'indiquer le nom du burger je la boîte . J'ai demandé à l'employé comment on faisait pour les identifier il m'a répondu j'aurais qu'à goûte

J'ai pris le double-trouble . La boulette est excellente mais manque de sauce (qui est super bonne). Les frites sont vraiment bonnes. Le service n'est pas super rapide mais ça va on a survécu & la bouffe était chaude.
Une personne avec moi â prit le burger de poulet. Pas leur Best.
