Beaucoup des avis semblent venir de gens qui comprennent pas le smashburger. C'est supposé être des boulettes minces & croustillantes. J'y ai été ce midi, pris un double trouble avec poutine, & c'était délicieux. Les frites sont dans les meilleures que j'ai mangées dans un restaurant.

1e fois dans ce holy à saint Nicolas…..j'ai été grandement déçu.
Les boulettes de burger était aussi épais qu'une feuille de papier….littéralement.
Je veux bien que ça soit smash mais c'est abusé.
J'habite Lévis mais j'irai à Québec manger un vrai holy burger…..dommage

I'm entertained how many people don't understand the concept of an actual lacy edge burger. The smash burgers I've had at this location & the other in the pyramid are as they should be & I love the crispy meat candy we get in the buns.

The fries are good & crisp. I wasn't be biggest fan of the poutine sauce, I believe the texture of the sauce was a little strange but still eddible.

The staff was ok but unhelpful & were happy to retreat to the kitchen to chat with the others with the general attitude of this younger generation.

Overall a satisfying meal.

J'ai commandé en ligne un burger big smash & Hell capote avec une extra boulette que je n'ai pas eu. Manque de garnitures & de sauces, il y avait littéralement 2 bouts de salade dans mon burger. Par contre, la boulette était vraiment délicieuse, mais vraiment dommage de sa soit sec comme le Sahara. Ps: Mettez un peu plus d'amour la prochaine fois .
