Well where to begin..... we went in & sat at the only table available. It was dirty & the server made no attempt to clean it when she finally came by 10 minutes later. We ordered a bottled drink & ordered our food at the same time. 20 minutes later she dropped one glass of water on the table (even though there were two of us) & then 5 minutes later dropped off the bottled drink. Another 15 minutes later our food showed up.....

In theory we ordered tacos del pastor, tacos suadero & a burrito but the reality was cold, bland, greasy meat on cold undercooked tortillas with half a pound of cilantro. I have been to Jalisco & any place that served food like this would not last cinco segundos. The salsas in small plastic bottles tasted like blended tomatoes with a hint of onion & a splash of tristeza. The one bottle slipped out of her hand & fell on the floor but she picked it up quickly (cinco segundo rule) & placed it on our table so we didn't have to wait for her to bring a clean one.

Thankfully she never came to ask us how our food was because I would have found it hard to look her in the face & tell her one a scale of one to ten, I would prefer taco bell out of a trash can over this.

To end this all off my wife went to use the bathroom (the bathroom was probably the only authentic Mexican thing in the building, kinda like a bathroom at a gas station in Michoacan) & after pumping some soap on her hands discovered that the sink was out of order & had no water but the tape holding it to the wall was a nice touch. She came out with her hands covered in soap & asked the server where she could finish washing her hands & she responded with a shrug of her shoulders & an'I don't know'.

Some experiences are memorable but for all the wrong reasons.

Probably one of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten at. This little gem may look simple but the food is outstanding. Definitely add it to you food experience to do list when in Quebec City.

The best Mexican food I've tried in Quebec City! This restaurant truly captures the vibrant essence of a Mexican dining experience. The music is amazing, & the colorful décor creates a lively atmosphere. Upon arrival, the waiter was incredibly welcoming, even offering us free appetizers. The food was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients, & I loved the self-serve salsa station-it's such a fun touch! The only downside was the restroom. It was dirty, the sink was clogged, & the space was extremely small. While the restaurant itself is wonderful, they really need to focus on improving the cleanliness & functionality of their facilities. Overall, it's a great place with fantastic food & ambiance, but there's room for improvement in the restroom area.

Correcta taqueria preparada y servida por una mexicana muy simpática. Tacos bien preparados con variedad de anadidos que se sirve el cliente. Cervezas Corina y Sol . Música hispana en el tv.

Pretty bland mexican food. There is nothing inspiring there. Service & atmosphere were great. Not on my list for a return visit.
