La place était vraiment bien & le service impeccable.
Par contre, la nourriture était froide & Il manquait de saveur :/ le churros ne goûtaient rien, mais ils étaient sauver par la sauce au caramel. Mes quesadillas n'avaient pas de saveur & le fromage était a peine fondu.
Vraiment délicieux! Un incontournable de saint vallier. Nous avons pas mal tout aimé excepté la margarita noix de coco. La margarita Fresca est super bonne & rafraîchissante.
Côté nourriture, les trempettes sont bien bonnes. Sinon l'Esquite est un une excellente entrée à choisir. Côté tacos nous avons tous bien aimé le Carnitas (5$/2 le mardi), mais les Quesadillas sont une coche au dessus si vous aimez le fromage.
Pour les desserts le pain de maís est super bon. Les churros ont moins le côté tendre à l'intérieur auquel je suis habituée, mais ça reste un très bon choix de dessert.
Le service est très bon & rapide du côté de la cuisine 🧑?🍳
En entrant ça semble être un petit restaurant, mais il y a une deuxième section à la gauche qui peut également contenir pas mal de monde.
Il y a 2 toilettes, dont une très petite qui n'est pas indiquée à côté de la première.
Le Quesadillas Gobernador ( nouveau sur le menu) était excellent. Très belle option avec crevettes si vous ne manger pas de viande.Très bon repas à un prix raisonnable. Si vous avez une bonne faim je vous suggère une entrée car les portions ne sont pas si grande mais très suffisantes en fonction du prix.

As a Mexican I enjoyed their food a lot. The taste is not authentic Mexican but the food is very tasty. We had the poblano, the esquite, the carnitas quesadillas, tacos al pastor & queso fundido con chorizo. The aguas frescas de Jamaica were also on point, I could tell they were made with natural ingredients from scratch. Great option of Mexican fusion food :) I live in Montreal but I'd come back next time I will be in Quebec.

Je rejoignais des amis qui se trouvaient déjà dans le restaurant à l entrée, il n'y avait personne pour accueillir & m'indiquer la table de mes amis.
La nourriture:
J'ai commandé la quesadilla carnitas. J'ai été surprise par sa petite talle sachant qu'elle coûte 16$. J'ai quitté les restaurants & j'avais encore faim.
Le service:
Bien que la serveuse a été très accommodante car nous étions un grand groupe. Alors que nous avions pas tous fini de manger elle a commencé à apportez les additions & à ramasser les assiettes. Le restaurant était pas plein comme pour dire qu'il fallait partir. L'argument était que notre réservation était fini donc on devait libérer la table. Je répète le restaurant était pas plein & il y avait pas une file d'attente. Puis personnellement je n'avais pas fini de manger. Je trouve cela de très mauvais goût de la part de ce type de restaurant.
Incroyable!! two adults, two kids, easily the best tacos & quesadilla we have ever had. Been to a lot of Central & South American countries. This was amazing. The churros were so fresh & gone in 30 seconds. The dulche de leche was perfect pairing.
I had been looking for a nice Mexican spot in downtown Quebec & this was rated highly.
My wife, daughter & I visited on a hot summer day & were a little surprised to find the street this place is on completely ravaged by construction to the point where it's not traversable except on foot! I'm sure this will eventually pass but it's worth noting.
We made a reservation but likely didn't need to. We were greeted promptly & our waitress was very friendly. She even suggested getting different plates & sharing. My daughter got a pulled pork quesadilla, I got beef birria tacos & my wife got Al pastor tacos.
These are small plates with three small tacos/quesadillas on them. We also got guacamole to start which came with chips - it was tasty but the chips were a little bland & there weren't enough in the bowl to finish the dip, so we had to ask for more, which they happily provided.
We all split our meals up to share & agreed the quesadilla was best, with the cheese adding a lot to the dish. My beef birria tacos were great too (love the consommé) & we were expecting the al pastor to maybe be the best , but they were our least favorite. Still tasty though.
We finished off our meal with some freshly made churros & I've never met a hot churro I didn't love. This was no exception.
In the end, although not a'big'' meal, we thought the prices were fair & the food was tasty & we certainly left satisfied.
Nourriture délicieuse & excellent service! C'est certain que nous serons de retour.
La seule chose qu'on n'a pas aimé était le sorbet à la mangue en dessert, c'est assez particulier comme goût. Mais les churros étaient excellents, ainsi que tous les tacos/quesadillas qu'on a goûté. La guacamole était délicieuse aussi. Les prix sont très raisonnables.
Super première expérience avec mes amies . Le Paloma servi dans un verre fin est très rafraîchissant. Délicieux crudo de flétan & très bons quesadilla gringas 👌🏼
