Everything at Julio is always excellent. Whether in person, take out or delivery you can't go wrong with their tacos. Their hot sauces, in particular their orange habanero are also great. I can't recommend this place enough.
Souper en solo un vendredi de janvier. Service efficace & sympathique du barman. Ambiance à la fois branchée & moderne mais tout à fait décontractée. Salade de pieuvre : fraîche, légèrement relevée, pieuvre cuite à point (préalablement braisée puis marinée). Spot on Carnitas : savoureux, riche mais pas que gras, justement assaisoné, parfumé (léger cannelle) & balancé (ajout de croustillant). Le meilleur Enchiladas : classique, sauce verte, fromage frais, crema. Il leur manque une fine pointe de sel qui ne pourrait être qu'une question de goût. Satisfaisant Churros & dulce de leche : généreux mais légers Seul petit point à améliorer : les plats chauds manquaient justement un peu de chaleur.
Wow! Menu/cuisine entièrement sans gluten, seulement le bar qui peut en avoir à cause des boissons. Super bon & rapide. Nous avons pris une entré de chips avec guacamole, jalepenos poppers, quesadilla carnitas, anchelada & les churros. Tout était tellement bon. Excellent service avec explications pratiques. Les sauces piquantes sont excellentes, ne pas hésiter à les essayer. Personellement j'ai surtout aimé celle à orange & celle au jalapenos. On y retourne c'est certain! Belle découverte, merci!

Très bon restaurant mexicain! Leurs tortillas au maïs maison sont excellentes! La trempette à la courge est une belle découverte. La guacamole pourrait toutefois être plus relevée. Excellents tacos & quesadillas, succulente tartinade au fromage fondu (avec chorizo) & jalapenos poppers. Les churros avec sauce au caramel ont aussi été très appréciés. Nous reviendrons à ce resto!
Un petit restaurant très agréable & sympatique La nourriture fait honneur au mexique & les tacos sont sans égal à quebec. À ne pas manquer, un délice. Les sauces piquantes faites maison sont extraordinaires.
Great service & delicious food & cocktails! Staff were very friendly when we arrived & were quick to get our drinks ready. After we did not wait long for our food. I had the jackfruit quesadillas, they came with three hot sauces you could try.
Literally everything from starters to dessert was fabulous. If you come here I absolutely recommend to get starters. The jalapeno poppers, chips & guacamole. The queso fundido is great. We couldn't have enough of the creamy cheese. We got four different choices of tacos & quesadillas & they were all good. For dessert I recommend getting both the churros & the sorbet. The sour & salty sauce on the sorbet was a nice touch. The churros are crispy, hot & fresh served with caramel on the side.
Tout était absolument parfait, en plus de la limonade maison, il y avait aussi trois sortes de sauces piquantes délicieuses faites sur place & que dire des nombreux choix végé & du parfait choix végane! Sublime décor, en plus, bravo!
La nourriture est bonne, l'ambiance joviale & le staff excellent. Un peu bruyant pour moi à l'intérieur, mais leur terrasse est bien. Tout est fait maison, ce qui fait une belle différence ! Les repas sont plus ou moins épicés & peuvent convenir à tout le monde, surtout que leurs sauces maisons sont absolument géniales à rajouter pour un peu plus de piquant. J'ai trouvé les portions assez petites mais le prix est raisonnable; si vous cherchez un endroit pour commander plusieurs plats en duo/groupe & partager, vous y trouverez probablement votre bonheur !
Amazing gluten free experience though you wouldn't even know it. Most Mexican food is GF anyway but Julio Taqueria is just GF, good food. My wife got the lunch special which included a taco dish (3 tacos), a side of guac with some chips & a fresca drink. She got carnitas tacos which were just right but the sauces are game changers. That orange habanero is just insanely delicious & hot 🔥! I got the Al pastor which were also really good - the pineapple balanced the heat beautifully. The chips were thick & crisp & the guac was perfect. She got the Jamaica drink though we're not sure what it was exactly, it tasted kind of cherry & was really tasty. So my wife has been GF for about 19 years now but she wasn't super adventurous before so she'd never had a churro. We ordered the churros. We loved the churros. There's a decent number of them in the bowl for $8 & they definitely need the dulce de leche to cut the greasiness. Total with tax & tip was just over $50 which, let's face it, isn't bad for 2024. Especially when you're basically guaranteed a safe GF meal. Highly recommend this place! Oh, btw, we parked on the street nearby in the 1h free parking spot & were out before the time was up. See you on the road!
