The atmosphere is opulent there, hushed and sexy. The menu features top quality meats (Prime, AAA Angus beef-Certified, Wagyu) and a variety of seafood. A first service presents dishes connoisseurs. Lovers will delight meat "dry aged". The latter are based aging chamber for 35 to 65 days to optimize all their flavor and tenderness. An amazing wine cellar includes about 300 carefully selected products satisfied the taste buds of connoisseurs. Vials of classic flirt with new ones containing juice, sought and bold. Discoveries and pleasure are insured.
The products served in the dining room are also available to customers in butchery service to win. The "Steakout", located at the entrance of the restaurant, has on display a selection of the most impressive pieces of meat.

?I chose this restaurant to celebrate my mother's birthday while visiting her in Quebec City, & it truly delivered a memorable experience. If you are looking for a high-end spot with a great vibe, this is it.

?The atmosphere here is incredible-sophisticated yet energetic, making it the perfect backdrop for a special occasion. We did experience a bit of a wait at the beginning before being greeted, but once our server arrived, the service was flawless. She was attentive, professional, & made sure our celebration felt special.

?We opted for the Table d'hôte, & it was exceptional. You can tell the kitchen prioritizes quality; every dish had its own distinct, well-developed flavor profile.
?The Sides & Starters: Absolute 10/10. Everything was prepared to perfection.
?The Main: I'd rate the steak about a 7/10-still a very good cut, but it didn't quite reach the heights of the rest of the meal, which was easily a 10/10 across the board.
?Value & Logistics
?This is definitely a'splurge' destination. Our bill came to around $340, & while it isn't cheap, the quality of the food & the overall experience made it worth every penny.
?The only'bizarre' note for a high-end steakhouse is the restroom situation. You actually have to leave the restaurant to access the washrooms, which feels a bit out of place for an establishment of this caliber. It's a minor inconvenience, but definitely something to be aware of.

?Despite the quirky bathroom setup, I highly recommend this place for a great time, amazing food, & a top-tier vibe. We had a wonderful night & I would definitely return!

I completely fell in love with this restaurant. The food was exceptional & the service matched it perfectly. My girlfriend & I were visiting Québec City during the holidays & picked La Bête Bar-Steakhouse randomly-& it turned out to be an incredible choice. The quality of the ingredients really stood out, & everything was cooked to perfection, especially the meat. The flavors were bold, well-balanced, & clearly crafted with care. The atmosphere elevated the whole dining experience & made it ideal for a date night. Every bite lived up to the hype-an easy 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone who truly enjoys great food.

my boyfriend & i were on a getaway in the city & found this amazing steakhouse, food was amazing, service pristine & we left more than happy. this place is a MUST try.
We ate at'La bête Steakhouse' for a very special occasion my wife & I, we wanted to try a fancy restaurant in Quebec City, our hometown, for a change.
As this restaurant is a steakhouse, a steak is what we got alongside with some entrées, &... wow, were we disappointed, especially regarding the quality to price ratio.
First of all, the taste on everything was actually fine, expensive for what it was but fine overall, the drinks we had were pretty good.
Now unto the nice 170$ steak (we had a porterhouse) & wow, what an absolute disaster. First of all, they did NOT hit temperature, the crust was very badly made & the steak itself was very chewy, now the Filet Mignon part was absolutely phenomenal with how soft it was but, & there is always a but. In both instances (the Filet Mignon part was water aged & the Kansas part was dry aged) did not taste ANYTHING, everything I tasted (tasted like water) was incredibly inconsistent with the texture itself & for 160$, I was incredibly disappointed. I am also disappointed in Michelin having given this restaurant a mention because it does NOT deserve it.
Our final bill came to be about 350$, I reluctantly paid with how disappointing the food was.

Mon entrée de COEUR DE BUFARELLA était divine, avec un parfait mariage des saveurs & des textures. Je recommande & j'y retournerai!
