Je suis très déçue de mon expérience dans ce café. Je suis venue avec ma mère voilée & mon bébé dans les bras. Nous sommes restées debout plus de 10 minutes à attendre qu'on prenne notre commande, alors que le personnel nous ignorait complètement. Pendant ce temps, une autre personne arrivée après nous a été servie avant nous.
Nous nous sommes senties mises de côté & très mal accueillies. Ce genre de traitement est inacceptable, surtout lorsqu'on vient simplement passer un moment tranquille en famille. J'espère que cet établissement prendra le temps de réfléchir à la manière dont certains clients sont traités.

Je suis venue avec un ami & nous avons fait la file ensemble. Il a été servi, mais pour ma part, personne ne m'a adressé la parole ni demandé si je souhaitais commander. Malgré cela, on nous a souhaité une bonne journée, sans même réaliser que je n'avais rien reçu! Je suis donc repartie sans rien acheter. Expérience décevante & manque évident d'attention au client.

Suggestion : mettre en place un système de numéros clair pour gérer la file, car certaines personnes prennent la place des autres, ce qui crée de la confusion & des situations comme la mienne.

Cette semaine, je suis allé chercher une soupe, excellente en passant. J'ai vu des petits pâtés au poulet alors j'en ai pris un pour mon souper. Deux bouchées s'en plus
le poulet était mal désossé alors du cartilage.
J'ai carrément jeté le tout & je n'étais pas
contente de m'être fait prendre. J'ai toujours apprécié vos produits, heureusement que je ne servais pas ce souper à des invités.

Their wood fire Pizza is one of the best I ever tasted . & all the servers are so sweet & attentive. & their pastries are unique & tasty. A must when visit Quebec
