Très bonnes galettes, le pain & la viande sont très bons. La communication est parfois un peu compliqué (pour les sauces & garnitures) mais j'imagine que ça va s'améliore

Arrêt imprévu pour découvrir une équipe qui aime leur travail. J'ai essayé la galette au poulet & j'ai adoré. Une place qui va devenir un arrêt incontournable pour un repas sur le pouce excellent lors de mes passages à Québec.

Fresh & delicious. You get to see them hand-make the galettes. Made in-house toppings, including an amazing pickled turnip. The lamb gyro was flavoured to perfection. Go eat! You won't be disappointed.
