L'accueil des 2 employés sur place surtout la jeune dame qui connaissait bien le restaurant nous a donné de judicieux conseils. On a goûté pesto fromage extra poulet selon les conseils de notre nouvelle conseillère libanaise préférée 😀 c'était vrmt délicieux la texture le goût les saveurs la quantité c'était simplement parfait. Avec ça on a pris une boîte de baklava mélangée qui étaient vraiment exquis. Bref on va revenir c'est sûr.
J'aurais mis une photo mais j'ai tout dévoré avant d'y penser.

Je suis venue souper à la galette libanaise hier vers 17h, j'ai commander la galette boeuf fromage que l'employé ma recommander, & j'ai adoré! La galette étais bien garnie, les légumes étais frais & les employés étais très aimable. En tant qu'Américaine il marrive d'avoir des mauvais expériences à cause de mon accent quand je parle français, mais les employés on été très patient avec moi. Je vais revenir manger ici a 100%!
Super bon & excellente ambiance ! Les galettes sont savoureuses, bien garnies & le service est rapide. Je recommande vraiment La Galette Libanaise à Sainte-Foy. 😋

Commande hier soir malgré la fermeture......commande prise normalement livraison entre 18h24 & 18h54 c'est correct.
Mais en cours de livraison celle-ci est annulé pour cause de fermeture.
Ok mais pourquoi vous facturez malgré la fermeture ?

Coming from a Lebanese , it is completely besides the idea. nothing to do with galette Libanaise du Liban. the guy didnt even serve the Basic Galette! & the price is way too much for a fairly ok Thym galette! it is a no for me
L'employée de Ste-Foy n'a aucune façon avec les clients. Aujourd'hui le 9 décembre 2025, je suis allée vers 13:30 & j'ai demandé de mettre un peu plus de pesto dans ma galette & elle a répondu froidement non, parce que ça salirait son four. J'ai regretté avoir payé & donné 15% de pourboire avant d'être servie. Si j'avais eu à payer après, elle aurait eu 0$.
Les galettes ne sont pas faites à la façon libanaise. D'ailleurs, les gens qui travaillent là-bas n'ont aucune idée. Comment ces galettes là se mangent au Liban. C'est pas authentique du tout & le goût non plus.
Très bon ! J'ai pris le sandwich boeuf & fromage. C'était copieux, savoureux, un bel agencement de goût, de texture.
Quand même assez cher : 16$ pour un sandwich seul
