Hotel & hotel staff was great
honestly i would not eat at the resturant again
the food was bland overall, i could tell the risotto was not cooked or prepared to order & made in advance
you should really for the price hire an actual chef & give them freedom to make a menu & make your resturant the highlight of your hotel

De grace... SVP cessez de servir des enveloppes de mayonnaise impossible a ouvrir. 1) problème du produit. 2) brise le charme & la magie que votre excellent personnel nous fait vivre... Il me semble qu,avec moule un frite une mayonaisse maison serait la bienvenu & nous ferais vivre une expérience réussie a 200%.
Qualité de la nourriture , exceptionnel,
Quantité. généreuse.
Service impeccable. - tous professionnel jusqu'au bout des ongles.
Bravo vous avez une belle réussite.... mais oubier les sachet s de mayonnaise.

Nous avons été très bien accompagnés par notre serveuse Élodie, elle connaissait bien le menu & ses explications étaient très claires.
Nous étions 4 convives, je suis la seule qui a été un peu déçue par mon choix de plat principal (filet mignon & pommes de terre au cheddar 2 ans), duquel j'avais de hautes attentes d'autant plus que c'était le choix le plus dispendieux du menu. Mais les 3 personnes qui m'accompagnaient ont été ravis par leur choix de repas (ris de veau, joue de veau, & jarret d'agneau).

Ruth, la responsable de la tournée pour le groupe Senior Discovery Tours, a rapporté une visite formidable ! La qualité de la nourriture était excellente, le personnel était exceptionnel & ils ont beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance ! Merci encore !
