Excellent selection of IPA's all were really excellent. The L'aube was perfect. I didn't usually rate beers over 4, but this was a solid 4.25 & i would go out of my way for this one. We had poutine & fortunately for us the waitress let us know that on Tuesdays they do a "mystery poutine" which for this Tuesday was fried pickles & smoked meat, what s great poutine & our favorite from anywhere on this trip. It's obviously a local bar but even as tourists we felt quite at home. Can't recommend this place enough.

On our return visit to Quebec City we headed back to La Souche immediately! Such a warm & inviting atmosphere plus great beers, friendly service & excellent food.

Incredible! Great brewery! Best in Quebec, hands down. Fantastic staff, great food, & tons of rotating beer styles. Something for everyone, kid friendly!
