Excellent selection of IPA's all were really excellent. The L'aube was perfect. I didn't usually rate beers over 4, but this was a solid 4.25 & i would go out of my way for this one. We had poutine & fortunately for us the waitress let us know that on Tuesdays they do a "mystery poutine" which for this Tuesday was fried pickles & smoked meat, what s great poutine & our favorite from anywhere on this trip. It's obviously a local bar but even as tourists we felt quite at home. Can't recommend this place enough.

En dépit de l'atmosphère lourde & humide qui règne en hiver, cet endroit continue d'impressionner avec ses plats savoureux & sa variété de bières de qualité. On peut toujours compter sur une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle, accompagnée d'une sélection de bières qui raviront les amateurs.

C'est toujours un plaisir d'être à la souche. Tout le monde est super fin & la sélection de bières est impressionnante.

Les boules du bûcheron est une poutine indémodable, sans doute l'une des meilleures que j'ai pu manger, le tout accompagné par une belle sélection de bières savoureuses :) le seul bémol est le bruit de la salle, 60/65db constant, cela peut être assez fatiguant...

Nice local pub, various beer selection & quality food. Worth visiting only if around, questionable to visit from other parts of city because there are many equally nice beer places in quebec.

J'ai choisi une sélection de bière(5 petits verres) & pour souper, j'ai opté pour le hamburger au fromage cheddar. Déjicieux!
