My wife & I had an incredible experience at La Souche - Microbrasserie (Limoilou). From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed & valued - the atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it feel like a hidden gem.

What really stood out was how accommodating they were with the brewery tour. Even though the tour was technically full, they still made room for us without any hesitation, which made the experience feel exclusive & personal. The staff was knowledgeable & passionate about their craft, which made the tour both informative & engaging.

The food & drinks were reasonably priced & perfect for sharing, making it an affordable yet high-quality experience. It was such a great way to spend time together - we'll definitely be coming back!

Très bel endroit avec une excellente nourriture & de très bonne bière. Le service est sympathique. J'ai apprécié mon expérience, malgré la musique que j'ai trouvée un peu trop forte, mais cela reste tout à fait normal pour une microbrasserie.
