Très bon. Cependant, comme les koulibiacs étaient cuits en format individuel, cela faisait plus de pain brioché que lorsque le koulibiac est fait pour être servi en plusieurs portions. Nous n'avons pas pu manger tout le pain, car nous voulions nous garder de l'appétit pour le dessert. De plus, dans ll'offre de Québec Table gourmande à $45 le couvert, nous avions droit à une bière! Nous avons passé une très belle soirée.
