Nous étions à la Souche hier lorsque les orages violents ont touché Québec. Panne électrique, souper à la lumière des cellulaire, musique & même un peu de danse ont agrémenté cette soirée inoubliable. merci à la belle équipe pour cette belle expérience, c'est toujours un plaisir d'aller chez vous!!

Un choix de 18 bières brassées par La Souche ! J'ai gouté à 3. Toutes excellentes. Celle aux mûres, j'adore ! Belle ambiance, un peu bruyant, mais pas besoin de crier non plus pour se parler. Petit menu, mais ce que nous avons goûté était très bon. Ça n'a l'air de rien de l'extérieur, mais au combien chaleureux à l'intérieur. Bref, une expérience à renouveler ! Je compte aussi aller à celle de Stoneham.

Toujours un plaisir de passer un moment à la Souche Limoilou. Bonne bouffe & toujours un espoir de voir une offre de cidre plus importante :-) On avait réservé & ils nous ont mis tranquilles au font de la place. Tout était sa coche.
