Wow belle découverte de la chaîne Ophelia. Les drinks sont... comment dirais-je : EXCELLENT!! Rare les drinks qui me rendent un peu pompette. Ils sont confectionnés avec amour & passion je crois pour obtenir cette qualité lol C'est parfait avant un show d'humour au Grand Théâtre. J'ai adoré la minionette au jalapanos accompagné de sa traditionnelle soeur au vin rouge & aux petits oignons. Nous avons pris la planche à partager de tartare & seigneur que c'était bon. De très belles portions pour deux personnes. Déjà hâte d'essayer leur autres adresses (hôtel & restaurant, bar)

Great varied menu & creative cocktails for a lively evening. Lots of tartare options as well as a mix of appetizers & other foods. The noise level inside was a bit overpowering, so if it's possible, eat on the terrace or at the large bar inside, but not on the upper level dining room where the speakers blare.

Nous avons adoré la bouffe qui était délicieuse & le service fut impeccable. Par contre, ce fut très bruyant même si assis dans la mezzanine. Une suggestion: soit baisser la musique dans les zones de repas ou mettre une cloison dans les zones de repas pour séparer du bruit venant du bar. Je ne retournerais pas à votre resto à cause du bruit élevé; c'est dommage car tout le reste était merveilleux!

This is now my favourite bistro by far & gives me good reason to return to Quebec City. I have tried several tartares, the short ribs, truffle mac & cheese, & house cocktails, & nothing has disappointed. The atmosphere at the bar is great, the cover band on Tuesday was fantastic, & the bartenders are skilled & attentive.

40minutes avant d'avoir notre verre, on nous a proposé de commander la nourriture pour manger en attendant le bar...Un peu ordinaire. Sinon le service était ok ensuite.

Je sais pas pourquoi ça vaut la penne de reservé par quand on arrive la bas ils me disent de m'asseoir au bar mais sinon cétait bon.
