This is now my favourite bistro by far & gives me good reason to return to Quebec City. I have tried several tartares, the short ribs, truffle mac & cheese, & house cocktails, & nothing has disappointed. The atmosphere at the bar is great, the cover band on Tuesday was fantastic, & the bartenders are skilled & attentive.

Bonjour, Nous sommes aller à ce superbe restaurant avec une très bonne réputation de tartare. Nous avons aimé l'ambiance & les tartare ainsi que les entrée ont été succulent. Le seul bémols à notre souper à été le service. Je crois personnellement que la serveuse semble avoir été débordé des tâches de son Étage & nous a malheureusement oublié. Elle a été très gentille malgré la lenteur de l'arrivée des cocktail & nourriture. Elle a très aimable de nous offrir un shooter pour compenser l'attente plus long que la normale. Ormis ce détail, je donne une très bonne note à ce restaurant. Nous allons revenir sans faute ! Cordialement, Mikaël

Super expérience à ce restaurant! Le personne était fort sympathique & communicatif, la nourriture bien réconfortante & le décor est unique.Je recommande une table a l'etage pour s'entendre parler. Bonne adresse pour les cocktails, les tartares & la friture
