5 à huîtres avec plus d'huîtres. Pas le temps d'apprécier l'apéritif, on nous a demandé 4 fois si nous étions prêt à commander. Aucune suggestion de vin, nous avons donc apprécier l'eau à notre disposition.
Les plats sont arrivés très rapidement nous laissant croire que tout était préparés à l'avance, pas idéal quand tu commande un tartare.
Nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans une rotation rapide de client de passage, pas facile en temps de CoVID pour nos restaurateurs...
Endroit parfait pour se commander une bouteille de fort & réaliser ses propres drinks à même notre table. On y retourne; certainement pas.

The bison & beef wafu tartare were amazing. If possible, with the new paper straws, it would be best to provide it separate from the drinks. Otherwise the vibe on the patio, our server, the food, & overall experience was superb. I'd come back again

I think the tartare was well balanced, not a every restaurant Knows how to do that ! Cocktails were also nice but thats all !! I think that for the price they charge its just insulting to get so little, i'm pretty sure theres guy counting the fries for each order.... I mean theres a certain feeling you wanna get in a restaurant, like: "it's ok buddy were taking care of your lunch for you"! Instead what you get is:"alright you got your table for two hours but we'd like you to be done in 30 minutes ! It's the type of restaurant that serves 16 $ red wine glasses as cold as if it came out the freezer plus if you tell the server she'll tell you to let it sit on the table, that "it'll get warmer". Total 150$ for 2 plates & 3 drinks & i ain't got no problems with paying when the cost meets the quality but eating at the Atelier is more like getting robbed in a back street of st-roch. This place is for unaware tourists who wanna feel like they're paying themselves a hell of a night but really its just as a rip-off as the souvenir shops down le petit champlain. Tons of better places in Quebec where the customer isn't just a wallet, not going back there but hey the tartare was good.
