Nous avons l'habitude d'avoir une bonne expérience à l'atelier. Cependant, hier soir nous avons été décu du service. Nous comprenons que le resto était rempli & que le covid complique les choses, cependant, notre réservation était à 9:45 & à 10:30 nous avions toujours pas reçu nos brevages, les verres d'eau sur la table était vide. Nous avions commandé une bouteille de vin on nous revient plus tard pour nous dire qu'elle était out of stock donc nous avons du choisir autre chose apres tout ce temps. Cependant, la nourriture était très bonne malgré le fait que j'ai du demandé 3x pour avoir des extra croutons. Les 5 personnes à ma table avaient terminé de manger & on avait deja debarassé leurs assiettes alors que je n'avais toujours pas recu mes croutons pour finir mon tartare...

C'est un arrêt incontournable lorsque vous prenez une marche sur la Grande-Allée. Le tartare de saumon était excellent, tout comme l'entrée originale avec une salade de betteraves jaunes. Le tout accompagné d'un vin chilien juste assez corsé. Nous reviendrons pour le souper. Service impeccable.
