Very buzzy location & great for people watching if you are lucky enough to secure a table on the patio. Friendly staff & happy to accommodate our enthusiastic, if a bit patchy, French. Famed for its tartare, we had a tasty tuna tataki to share to start. Mains catered for those adventurous enough to have the full raw experience, but also options for those who prefer cooked meat. A great place for a special night to remember in Quebec City

Wow! Le tartare végétarien aux artichauts est super bon, ça fait différent des tartares habituels & très goûteux! De plus, les cocktails sont excellents & l'ambiance & le service sont super.

Food was ok, we were a party of 3 & got to try 3 different main dishes plus the oysters & onion rings for starter.
Beef tartare with black garlic was a bit warmer than usual & no much taste of the black garlic, bummer, also we got to try the ceviche but it lacks salt.

The service was a bit slow at the begining but we saw our server Alexandre, he was the only server at least in our section so we did not bother him, he was doing a lot for himself. After that we got transfer our server for another server (a gril from Mexico, we forgot to ask the name) & she was really good too so no complaints there.

Overall, this could be an iconic place for where it's located or because its history, im not sure but honestly for the price & food quality, there are more places to discover around.

L'entrée de fondant au boeuf & fromage était succulente & fondait dans la bouche, le tartare de boeuf était bon & l'assiette de short ribs délicieuse. Seuls petits bémols pour lesquels je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles sont que les menus & le pied de verre de mon cocktail étaient collants, de même que le plancher de la toilette qui l'était aussi… & le bout de céleri dans le bloody cesar de mon copain était brun. Sinon, le service de Mathiew était impeccable & rapide. Nous avons passé une belle soirée.

Bel ambiance & super bonne bouffe. Je vous le conseil si vous avez la chance d'y aller. Nous sommes allés pour fêter le retour à l'école de notre fille. Le tartare était SUBLIME.
