Comme d`habitude l`Atelier a été à la hauteur de sa réputation. De l`accueil sympathique par le propriétaire jusqu`au thé vert à la fin du repas, tout a été parfait!

Soirée chaude & très occupée, le serveur était excellent & maîtrisait totalement son travail.
Très efficace, personnel courtois & d'adon comme on dit!
Plats excellents! Je retournerais n'importe quand.

2h15 pour une entrée & un plat principal
Aucun service de remplissage d'eau ou si on voulait d'autres boissons à cause de l'attente.

Bien que nous avions réservé à l'avance, ça a semblé compliqué nous trouver une place.
Finalement , nous nous sommes retrouvés au fond du 3e étage sur une fenêtre donnant vue à la déchèterie (les poubelles).
Musique lounge u peu trop forte qui nous martèle le rythme dans la tête. Fallait bien lire "Bistro l'Atelier"
Service courtois & correct.
Peu de bières locales mais belle carte des vins.
Les tartaress étaient bon mais sans se jeter du 3e.
Au total, ce ne fût pas l'expérience espérée après avoir lu que c'était les meilleurs tartares en ville.
