Nous n'avions jamais eu l'occasion d'essayer l'Atelier. Nous avons reçu des certificats cadeau à Noël, il était donc temps.
La nourriture: Nous avons pris une entrée de bâtonnet de Mac & Cheese, original & bon. Par la suite moi & ma conjointe avons pris des tartare, ils étaient bons mais un peu quelconque.
Service: Le premier contact a été très long à mon avis. Quand tu arrives tu as soif, la place est festive. La serveuse semblait confuse. Je lui indique que je suis allergique aux poissons. Elle me dit que tout est beau pour les tartares au boeuf, puis me reviens qu'aucun ne fonctionne & puis reviens une troisième fois pour me dire que lui a la truffe est acceptable. L'autre serveuse qui nous apportait les assiettes s'est trompé de table à chacun des services. De plus, je lui demande une bière, elle m'oriente vers les bières de microbrasserie. Étant amateur je n'ai aucun problème avec ça, je lui demande une bière avec des saveurs de caramel, elle m'apporte une Milkshake IPA. Très bonne bière, mais très loin d'une biere à saveur de caramel.
Ambiance: Très bonne, mais le restaurant est énorme ça rend le tout un peu impersonnel. Étonnamment, malgré la grandeur du restaurant, le bruit était à un niveau très convenable.
Prix: C'est un restaurant branché dans un secteur touristique, vous êtes donc très loin d'en avoir pour votre argent.

Nous adorons ce restaurant.
J'ai essayé le trio de tartares & j'aurais pris des portions un petit peu plus grosses.
Les 2autres personnes ont pris 2autres tartares & ont adoré.

Musique un peu trop forte, 2 convives comblés & 2 moins (tartare de boeuf trop froid & pas assez goûteux & un apéro dont l'ingrédient dominant n'était pas mentionné).

Wonderful cap on our trip to Quebec! We came in bit early for our reservation, but were seated no problem, one teen & one tween in tow. Lots of drinks to choose from, we got alcoholic & non alcoholic house specialties for us all! Delicious appetizers & main dishes, & service was excellent!
