Etant de passage touristique dans la ville de quebec (& au canada) en général, on a décider de s'arrêter un peu per hasard dans cet établissement pour le repas de midi. Je dois dire que c'est le meilleur établissement au niveau rapport qualité/prix (étant de plus au le centre ville & pas loin du parlement) dans lequel je me suis arrêté. On était en semaine & nous avons pris des menus...& franchement bluffé (je rappelle on est pas dans un gastro)... On est dans une cuisine type brasserie. Tout était bon, du gout (ah la crème brulée...ça n'a pas l'air mais j'en ai mangé des moins bonnes dans des plus haut de gamme...), bien servi, service efficace & sympathique. & de plus signe qui ne trompe pas, beaucoup de'locaux'. & je rappelle, je tiens compte du rapport/qualité prix.
