A fine dining experience for a regular fare. Their tartares are second to none & everything is very fresh. Their cocktails are a touch pricy but for good cause - they've got some of the best mixologists in the province. Tell them what you typically enjoy & let their creativity shine! Great spot for a night out, whether for a date or an outing with friends.

My server, Florence provided excellent service. I enjoyed the Table d'Hote with Ceviche of prawns & Scallops, Filet Mignon, a Maple digestif & Creme brulee & Mint tea. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm & trendy & it's great to be able to get a nice dinner later at night.

Après une petite absence de 5 ans je retrouve le bon goût de L'Atelier. Bon qualité prix. Les ingrédians sont frais, aucun mal de ventre comme les autres restaurants.

This is now my favourite bistro by far & gives me good reason to return to Quebec City. I have tried several tartares, the short ribs, truffle mac & cheese, & house cocktails, & nothing has disappointed. The atmosphere at the bar is great, the cover band on Tuesday was fantastic, & the bartenders are skilled & attentive.

Service hors pair avec François! Un grand merci de nous avoir permis d'être nous même & d'avoir partagé notre folie & nos niaiseries. L'ambiance avec l'excellent groupe jazz a été un jolie plus à une très belle soirée. & le tartare a été bien recommandé, la nourriture était excellente.

J'ai adoré cette endroit j'y suis allé pour célébrer mon anniversaire ce week-end & je n'ai pas été déçu loin de là. Le tartare de boeuf classique est le meilleur que j'ai mangé dans un restaurant. Tout était excellent. J'y retournerai c'est certain.

Drinks were fantastic, girlfriend loved the oyster shots. The truffle mac & cheese was to DIE FOR. Would drive from NYC again just to have that!
