Petite virée gourmande chez Le Cèdre, à Québec, pour tester leur sandwich mixte (shish taouk + shawarma) & les patates à l'ail.
Verdict? 🔥 C'était délicieux!
Une belle adresse si vous avez envie d'un bon repas libanais généreux & savoureux. Je recommande chaleureusement!

Probably the best shawarma I ever had. The meat was hot & well seasoned & the garlic wasn't too overwhelming. Prices are fair too. Worth the detour if you like Lebanese food.

Fantastic Lebanese Cuisine - A Delightful Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Cedre & it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, & the staff was attentive & helpful, happy to answer our questions about the menu. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, starting with fresh hummus & tabbouleh. The hummus was smooth, creamy, & perfectly seasoned, while the tabbouleh was bright, fresh, & full of flavor with the ideal balance of parsley & lemon. The falafel was crispy on the outside & soft on the inside - some of the best I've had! The shawarma was tender & juicy, wrapped with care, & the spices added a delightful kick. To finish off our meal, we couldn't resist trying the baklava. It was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness & that perfect flaky texture. Every bite was satisfying. If you're craving authentic Lebanese flavors & a friendly dining experience, Le Cedre is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!
