Waited about 10 min to order our drinks: a beer & a non-alc cocktail & this took FORTY minutes to arrive at our table. Of note, we visited on the hottest day of the year so far & no water was offered while we waited & our server never checked in between ordering & getting our drinks (we did check in with him ourselves & he said the drinks were coming out - they took 15 minutes beyond this point) & finally only brought water WITH our cocktails. Once we finally got our drinks, no apology for the wait. When we asked for the bill, this came within seconds.
We enjoyed outdoor seating with great drinks & food. Everything looked so good! We settled on ordered the bibimbap, burrito bowl, & gnocchi. Great cocktails, & fantastic mocktail options too! Service was welcoming & impeccable. Would definitely visit again to try more of their vegan options.
Bien que je travaille près du Don Vegan je n'y étais jamais allé. Je savais que ce resto avait une excellente réputation & hier je n'ai pas été déçue. Antipasti pour 2, Risotto aux champignons & la vedette de la soirée fut le Steak Chunk Food, bien juteux & braisé. Portions généreuses, bien assaisonnées & gastronomiques.
Toutefois, mon cocktail goûtait plus à un mocktail.

Ils ont quelques options sans gluten, dont le carpaccio de faux-mon & le risotto aux champignons, qui étaient délicieux (même pour quelqu'un qui ne mange pas habituellement vegan). Leurs cocktails nous ont impressionnés, & le service & l'ambiance étaient excellents.
My wife & I had the pleasure of dining at Le Don during our visit to Québec City the first week of April. The restaurant was recommended to us by the staff of Atypiq Hotel & we were not disappointed. The restaurant is located in the port district, at the adjacent an extensive area of historical buildings containing art galleries, Michelin starred restaurants, & assorted shops. The ambience is hip & trendy, well suited for couples & small groups. The menu features a wide variety of starters, mains & desserts, along with a nice mix of cocktails & mocktails. We tried the Panko Cauliflower & the Artichoke Dip with chips. Both were delicious, though we felt the Artichoke Dip would have been better heated. My wife had the Pasta Bolognese for her main course, while I had the Mushroom Fettuccine. Quite tasty & the portion sizes were generous (so much so we had to skip dessert). There was only one server on duty that night but he was terrific & we didn't have to wait long for anything. Also, shout out to the friendly kitchen staff who responded personally to our praise for their efforts.
Beautiful & delicious vegan food. & the most amazing server who manages the whole room, makes cocktails & serves them & brings the food. Without breaking a sweat. I was so impressed.
American family of 5, vegetarians, 3 teens. Made a reservation well in advance for New Years Eve. We had an amazing meal. Appetizers, cocktails & mocktails, & mains. The ramen my wife & I had was the best ramen we've ever had in our lives. Atmosphere was fine but not thrilling. Service was really great. Recommended!
Nice little restaurant 👌 probably best to make a reservation in case for bigger group. The food was delicious... those dumplings were amazing 👏 i wanted 5 more lol. The main dish was really satisfying in term of size & taste. Decent choice of beer 🍺 & the cocktail I've tried was awesome. I would go back & tell my friends about Le Don.
